Integrated Power Systems Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join our planning yard team within the Integrated Power Systems department. The Integrated Power Systems department is responsible for the systems integration of the electric drive propulsion for the COLUMBIA Class. The planning yard team supports high voltage interfaces within IPS, including reviews of design deliverables, developing procedures to support high voltage construction, providing training for the trades, and deck plate support during HV evolutions.

• Supporting HV evolution preparation including HV training, HV cable installation procedures, and design deliverables.
• Deck plate support during HV evolutions.
• Supporting IPS component teams and ensuring interface requirements are met.
• Changing course and reprioritizing tasks on short notice as needed for construction support.
• Collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and requirements.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 0-4 years of post‑graduate experience in engineering.

• Experience with Teamcenter and reviewing design disclosures.
• Familiarity with the planning organization.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence.
