A long-standing healthcare organization is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance, grants, and revenue cycle operations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-run department with a strong team and a highly supportive leadership group. The retiring CFO has built a strong financial foundation and will remain onboard to ensure a smooth, hands-on transition.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

+ Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit compliance

+ Direct grants budgeting, monitoring, and financial stewardship of federal/state funding

+ Provide leadership to the revenue cycle team to maximize reimbursement and ensure billing compliance

+ Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and senior leadership; present to the Board, Finance Committee, and Audit Committee

+ Drive process improvements, technology optimization, and data transparency across the finance function

Requirements:

+ CPA or MBA/Master's Degree is highly preferred

+ Executive finance leadership experience

+ Experience in healthcare and/or nonprofit environments

+ Confident communicator comfortable partnering with the Board, committees, auditors, lenders, and senior leadership

+ Blend of corporate and nonprofit experience is a plus
