: $20 an hour(+$1.50 shift differential for any hours worked between 7pm-7am)
Work Hours:3am- 3pm 2-2-3 schedule3pm- 3am 2-2-3 Schedule
Job Overview:The Food Production
- General Labor position plays a key role in supporting the production and packaging of feta cheese in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assisting with production line operations, handling materials, and completing sanitation (CIP) tasks to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality process.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily production operations on the cheese line
- Package finished product and handle materials throughout the process
- Operate and assist with equipment as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and food production standards (GMP, HACCP, SOPs)
- Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) and general sanitation duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately complete production documentation and checklists
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
- Assist in other areas as needed to support team and production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, moving throughout shift)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
