Yale New Haven Health is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to support basic patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain clean, safe patient care areas in a fast-paced unit.
Responsibilities include recording measurements, assisting with procedures, responding to call lights, and communicating changes to the RN. Prior medical/surgical experience and CNA/BLS certifications are preferred.
