Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health to provide visits in the New London/Groton area. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and the chance to impact patient care in the home setting.
You will assess patients, plan and implement care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate staff and family on pain management and behavioral health principles. Travel up to 50% within the branch area is required, reporting to Clinical Manager or Supervisor.
