Yale New Haven Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Prenatal Clinic in Connecticut. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include coordinating care, educating patients and families, and acting as a preceptor when needed.
Candidate must be a Graduate of an accredited nursing program with CT RN licensure and BLS certification. 1–2 years of experience preferred; computer EMR proficiency is required.
