Yale New Haven Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Infusion Therapy team in Connecticut. You will assess patients, coordinate care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based infusion care.
The position requires a CT RN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS or enrollment within a year. You will cross-train on the IV team and may serve as a preceptor or charge nurse as needed.
