RN Supervisor; Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team, working 11p-7a shift. As a leader in our facility, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our nursing staff, while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care and exceptional customer service.

• Supervise and manage the activities of a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, providing guidance and support as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care and make recommendations for improvement

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
