We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, manage patient assignments, and ensure smooth operations on our nursing floor. • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our high standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Manage patient assignments and redirect staff as needed to ensure efficient and effective care
• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
