Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a neuro-focused unit, under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, while supervising non-RN staff and potentially serving as charge nurse.
Responsibilities include continuous assessment, care planning with family involvement, coordination with the healthcare team, and education of patients and families. Connecticut RN licensure and BLS are required.
