Neonatal ICU RN - Charge Nurse & Patient Advocate

Yale New Haven Health Services Corp. is seeking a Registered Nurse for our NICU to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for neonates.

The role requires supervising unit activities, coordinating care with the care team, and supporting families through education and discharge planning. The ideal candidate holds a CT RN license, BSN preferred, and demonstrates competency in neonatal care including respiratory support and neonatal transport coordination.
