Coast Guard Exchange in New London, CT, is seeking a Sales Clerk Leader to join our Academy Main Exchange team. This full-time role (30–40 hrs) offers a salary of $20.32/hour with duties covering customer service, product knowledge, cashier responsibilities, and store operations.
The role requires prior retail experience, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and the capacity to work with a team, including opening/closing the store and following loss-prevention policies. Weekend availability is needed.
