As a Retail Display Merchandiser at Kellanova, you will bring our iconic snack and breakfast brands to life in-store. Supporting Food & Beverage Retail Operations, you'll execute planograms, build eye-catching displays, ensure on-shelf availability, and maintain brand standards across assigned stores. You'll partner closely with sales and store teams to optimize product placement, track inventory, and report merchandising insights. Responsibilities
- Execute planograms and merchandising standards for Kellanova brands across assigned retail locations
- Build, refresh, and maintain secondary displays, endcaps, and promotional features to drive sales
- Ensure on-shelf availability, correct facings, pricing, and signage for all items
- Monitor inventory levels; communicate out-of-stocks, voids, and opportunities to sales or retail partners
- Capture and report store conditions, display photos, and competitive activity via mobile tools or reporting systems
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to secure incremental display space and promotional execution
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized display areas while following all store and safety guidelines
- Analyze basic sales or POS data and adjust merchandising priorities to maximize impact
- Support new product introductions, resets, and seasonal transitions on time and in full
- Represent Kellanova's values, supporting an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture in every store visit
Required Skills
