Maintenance Mechanic

USA Government Jobs -  - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, emergency, and routine maintenance in refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing throughout Coast Guard facilities.;
Log expenditures of time and materials, and schedule, accomplish, and record completion of work tasks.;
Follow established preventive maintenance schedules and manufacturer instructions.;
Repair and maintain large air conditioning systems and associated heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, filtering, and circulating functions.;
Install, modify, and repair water distribution and disposal systems and equipment such as sewage, water, oil and gas distribution systems and water closets, tubs, fire sprinkler systems, and showers.
