Perform preventative, emergency, and routine maintenance in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems throughout Coast Guard facilities;
Log time and materials expenditures and schedule, complete, and document work tasks;
Follow established preventative maintenance schedules and manufacturers' instructions;
Repair and maintain large air conditioning systems and associated heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, filtering, and circulating functions;
Install, modify, and repair new and existing utility supply and disposal systems and equipment such as sewage, water, oil and gas distribution systems and water closets, tubs, fire sprinkler systems, and showers;
Maintain, repair, and install water distribution systems and components as needed
