Compliance:Ensure compliance with school policies, league regulations, and safety protocols. Keep accurate records of practices, matches, and player performance.

Certification:Must hold a valid State of Connecticut Coaching Certification. First Aid, CPR, and Concussion Certification are required.

Experience:Previous coaching experience in soccer, preferably at the high school or collegiate level, is highly desirable.

Skills:Strong knowledge oftechniques, strategies, and rules. Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and develop players.

Personal Attributes:Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for performing the responsibilities of the position. Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.

Additional Requirements:Must pass a background check and meet any additional requirements set by the school or district.

This is a part-time, seasonal position typically involving after-school hours and weekends for practices and games.

Must be able to work in various weather conditions and maintain a flexible schedule.

New London High School Athletics Department is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated High School Girls Soccer Assistant Head Coach to lead our program.
