Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced and energetic BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care practice. The practice provides comprehensive care and is deeply rooted in the local community.

APD has been providing Primary Care Services for over 40 years and operates a Multi‑Specialty Clinic since 2017. The clinic delivers personalized care to patients in a convenient, efficient, and welcoming space, with all outpatient support – from doctor visits to labs, imaging, and therapies – under one roof designed around patients.

• Embedded social services and behavioral health support.
• Embedded Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).
• Embedded diabetes program.
• EPIC EMR system wholly integrated with Dartmouth Health.
• Access to Telehealth.
• Close affiliation with Dartmouth Health providing access/connection to the academic medical center.

• Provide acute and preventive care, plus chronic disease management for adult patients.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and patients to deliver continuous and comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and care coordinators to deliver team‑based, evidence‑based best practices.
• Participate in clinic operations, including use of EPIC EMR system, MAT, diabetes program, and social services.
• Maintain licensure and compliance with New Hampshire and DEA regulations.

• BC/BE in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for New Hampshire license and DEA registration.
