The Graduate & Professional Studies Enrollment & Retention Counselor, DHCI Liaison actively recruits, enrolls, advises, and supports students in Colby-Sawyer College's graduate and professional studies programs, with a focus on students affiliated with the Dartmouth Health Career Institute (DHCI).
Through proactive outreach, counseling, application review, and relationship-building, this role plays a critical part in advancing enrollment and retention goals. The position regularly engages prospective and current students via phone, email, virtual platforms, and in-person interactions, and participates in recruitment events and enrollment initiatives.
A core responsibility of this role is serving as the primary liaison between Colby-Sawyer College and Dartmouth Health. Working closely with DH administrators, faculty, and internal campus partners, the counselor supports DHCI student enrollment pathways, academic advising, progress monitoring, and data reporting. This position is highly collaborative and contributes to the development of sustainable enrollment and retention strategies for both DHCI and GPS populations.
