Job Summary:
Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement nursing standards in the processes of care.
BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE APPROVED FOR THIS NEED.
A 48HR GT IS NOT AVAILALBE FOR THIS NEED.
- 3+ years CURRENT MS - [Required]
- EPIC EMR experience - [HIGHLY Preferred]
- CHARGE EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
- Previous Travel - [Preferred]
- Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- TRAVEL PAIRS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED ONLY IF THEY CAN WORK SEPARATE SHIFTS
