Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, team oriented, end-user focused, Information Technology Support Team Lead who will provide technology support for faculty, staff and students. This key position supports a variety of educational technologies and systems to ensure the best possible environment for teaching and learning. The team lead will oversee daily operations.

Preferred Skills

Professional, friendly presence and helpful attitude. Good interpersonal skills.

Experience in a K-12 environment is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology and/or equivalent combination of education and minimum five years relevant IT experience.
  • Appropriate industry certifications and/or technical training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the role that Data Privacy and Security play in the K-12 environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace productivity suite.
  • Understanding of integrated and interrelated school systems and applications such as Student Information Systems (SIS's), Learning Management Systems (LMS's), classroom applications, and Single Sign-on (SSO) services.
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Chrome OS, IOS.
  • Fundamental understanding of server, network technologies, and equipment such as Server OS, Active Directory, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, switches, printing systems, and basic network troubleshooting.
