Overview
New London Hospital is seeking an experienced CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) to join our independent, all-CRNA anesthesia team at a critical access hospital in New London, New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to practice to the full scope of your licensure in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values professionalism, respect, and teamwork across anesthesia, surgery, nursing, and perioperative services.
CRNAs are full members of the Medical Staff with voting privileges, and our department is highly respected within the organization.
The ideal candidate takes pride in supporting a well-run practice, is reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. They demonstrate ownership and follow-through in their work, bring a positive attitude and a growth mindset, and are fully engaged in both their work and their team. They will be an active, contributing member of a collaborative team and will also engage with and mentor Nurse Anesthesia Residents during their final clinical year.

About our Practice- Diverse outpatient surgical cases, including orthopedics (total joint arthroplasty), neurospine, urology, general surgery, endoscopy, and pain procedures.
- No obstetrics or pediatric cases under age 16.
- Streamlined, robust Pre-Anesthesia Testing (PAT) process ensures efficient, smooth OR days.
- Reasonable call schedule with very few callbacks, especially at night—60-minute call-back expectation.
- Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system for seamless clinical workflow.
- 4-day work week with 15 call (post-call day off or first-out)
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) CRNAs work 1,680 hours per year
- 10 weeks off annually to support work-life balance
- W-2 employee - great benefits (health, dental, STD, LTD, AD&D, life, and malpractice insurance)
- Competitive base salary plus generous additional call compensation
- 403(b) with 4% employer base contribution plus 2% match
- $3,000 in CME annually PLUS professional licenses and dues & NBCRNA recertification costs
- Tuition reimbursement is available for additional training or advanced degrees such as DNP or specialty fellowship training

- Four years of experience are recommended, and the advertised pay reflects this level.
- Independent practice experience is preferred but not required.
- Regional anesthesia experience is preferred, though the group is happy to support further skill development for the right candidate.
- Obtain a New Hampshire RN and APRN License.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
- Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
