Job Summary:
- Provides care in the ambulatory setting directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient.
- Accountable for the coordination of nursing care for surgical patients, from pediatric to geriatric age groups.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan and implement nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Is compatible and supportive; and a team player.
- Communicates on behalf of the patient, reflects the mission, ethics and goals of the facility, as well as the focus statement of the department.

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
OT, Holiday, Call-Back multipliers: 1.25%
Call: 4/hour
Requirement description :
- Minimum 2+ years current PACU experience - Required
- Must have both pre AND post op experience
- Critical access/rural hospital experience Strongly Preferred
- Arterial Line experience - Required
- EPIC experience - Required
- Same Day Discharge experience Preferred
- Travel experience (at least 6 months) - strongly encouraged
- Current PALS Cert - Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - MUST be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS - Facility will not pend certs)
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
Weekend Requirements : TBD
On Call Requirements : 1 night/week; 6p-6a
