Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical care to provide high-quality patient services in a hospital setting. The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with organizational standards and protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Administer patient care following established nursing standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
- Document patient information accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, including LNAs.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid New Hampshire RN license or Compact license.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of current Medical Surgical nursing experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC EMR documentation.
- Hold active BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- Be able to work charge shifts, with prior charge experience preferred.
- Own reliable transportation and include perm address in profile.
