* Position Summary:

** This position will set up, tear down and operate the stuffers as well as all related equipment.

** Responsibilities:*
* * Setup and operate all stuffers and related equipment.
* Keep the tables and conveyors full of meat at all times.
* Twirl product while stuffing.
* Use the proper equipment and the correct size linker while stuffing.
* Assist in cleaning metal detectors.
* Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
* Maintain general manufacturing practices.
* Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.:  addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
* Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
* Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions.
* Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
* Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
* Perform any other work as assigned by management.

* Physical Requirements:

** The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
* Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level minimum of 20 pounds frequently.
* Ability and willingness to use both hands for rapid mental muscular coordination, simultaneously.
* Ability and willingness to use both hands to work.
* Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours.
* Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.
* Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.
* Ability and willingness to distinguish between shades and/or colors.

Skills:

*** Machine Operator experience preferred
* Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
* RF Scanner experience preferred
