Job Description

Amcor is seeking a safety‑conscious individual who collaborates, holds others accountable, and drives results. The role involves routine and emergency equipment repairs, installation, preventive maintenance, and project work across manufacturing and office settings.

• Practice safety at all times in compliance with company safety mission and philosophy, including lock‑out/tag‑out and confined space entry procedures.
• Support manufacturing and office with routine and emergency equipment repairs, installation, preventive maintenance, and project work.
• Perform metal fabrication, pipe fitting, hydraulic repair, and carpentry.
• Operate shop equipment to grind, file, and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications.
• Execute preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting as required.
• Complete all project work as assigned.

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Creative problem‑solving and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Confident decision‑making in time‑and‑information constrained situations.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.

Requires shift work, including rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with an off week.
