• Attention to detail Exceptional time management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Quick Books® Online, Quick Books® Pro Advisor, Creative Solutions Accounting CS and Ultra Tax software. Onvio experience is a plus!
• Dedicated to excellent client service and providing a rich, seamless client experience Ability to learn and implement new technology.
• At least 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Desire to keep growing and learning.

• Write ups, sales tax, depreciation schedules, payroll and payroll tax for our monthly/quarterly bookkeeping clients.
• Answering basic tax notices and corresponding with government agencies.
• Setting up new corporations.
• Assist with tax planning Inputting business returns into tax software.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Providing accurate financial statements with outstanding customer service while treating individuals with respect.
• Meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits: Paid time off

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
