Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Front Desk/Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors, callers, and employees while supporting the overall efficiency of daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with company security and check‑in procedures.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and operations.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical office records.
- Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies as needed.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
- Coordinate communication between departments to support efficient daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as assigned.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering a consistently positive experience for both internal teams and external guests.
