Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Taos

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $16 per hour, based on a 40‑hour work week.

• Wash, clean, and sanitize vehicle interiors, including vacuuming and preparing the interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, trucks, and vans.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; identify and document customer items, placing items of value in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles for use.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights and any damage to the vehicle, windshield, or tires; remove vehicles from the prep process when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed, including transportation to and from branch locations.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors.
• Perform site appearance tasks such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous cleaning duties related to the branch's daily cleanliness.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by this company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
