Rich Ford in Edgewood, NM is hiring a Quick Lane Maintenance Technician to join our high-volume service department. If you have hands-on automotive maintenance experience, enjoy working on vehicles, and want to grow into a certified technician, this is an outstanding opportunity.

You’ll work alongside one of the strongest Ford service teams in New Mexico while receiving paid training and a clear path to career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
  • Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs
  • Perform basic brake services and minor repairs
  • Complete vehicle inspections accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department
  • Attend training and continue developing technical skills
  • Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures for quality and safety.
Qualifications
  • Automotive maintenance experience is required
  • Must own your own basic automotive tools
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
