Project Analyst; Security Clearance

GVI Inc, a trusted name in federal government contracting and a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to join our growing team at White Sands Missile Range.

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Design dynamic dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI
• Build and maintain SharePoint intranet sites
• Create compelling presentations using Microsoft Power Point
• Generate, analyze, and update data in Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare professional reports and documentation using Microsoft Word

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Share Point
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Hands‑on experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

$55,000 – $85,000 VEVRAA Federal Contractor
