Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps vacation rental hosts manage their properties more efficiently and list them on various channels. You will be part of our Bodensee team and work at least twice a week in our beautiful Friedrichshafen office with lake view. Your team leader is Max. He has extensive experience in sales as well as in the online and tourism industry.

Take responsibility for a high-performing portfolio of hosts on Lake Constance. You are their strategic business partner on an equal footing. Be regularly on site, build strong relationships through personal presence and drive revenue growth together with your top accounts. Analyze performance data of your hosts, identify growth potentials and develop a solution-oriented strategy to increase revenue. Optimize listings, advise on prices and availability and ensure that your partners achieve maximum bookings and the highest possible revenue.
Lead mail campaigns independently to activate and further develop your accounts. Organize host events to build a strong regional network and strengthen the bond with our partners. Accompany new hosts intensively in the first days after their onboarding until the first booking. Ensure a successful start in close exchange with the product and content team. Regularly exchange with DACH and international account managers to ensure best practices and knowledge transfer within the Holidu community.
Ideally, you bring experience as an account manager, key account manager or in a comparable customer-oriented role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain friendly and calm in all situations. You think customer-oriented, problem-solving, entrepreneurial, work data-driven and have the ambition to deliver measurable results. Enthusiasm for new technologies and the travel industry. Near-native German and fluent English.
