Your job- Comprehensive coordination of complex organizational and sales‑related issues
- Planning, prioritizing, and preparing for and following up on appointments, meetings, and business trips at the management level
- Confident communication with domestic and international business partners
- Preparation, organization, and quality assurance of presentations, analyses, and decision‑making documents
- Efficient management of information flows and professional document and data management
- Organizing, coordinating, and facilitating internal and external meetings and events
- Support with commercial and project‑related issues in the sales environment
- Independent handling of selected special topics requiring a high degree of confidentiality
- Completed business training or equivalent qualification
- Excellent knowledge of German and English; knowledge of another foreign language is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and a knack for digital tools
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as a structured approach to work
- A high degree of discretion, loyalty, and professionalism
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work on‑site and be closely involved in operational processes
