Sum Up is seeking a detail-oriented KYC Operations professional for our Sofia, Bulgaria office. You will review and process verification cases for new and existing merchants, ensuring onboarding is accurate and timely while hitting daily targets.
You will work closely with senior agents and QA colleagues, using internal tools to gather merchant data and escalate any anomalies. English and German proficiency is required.
