The scope includes full ground-up construction with heavy focus on mission-critical systems, including MEP and low-voltage/telecom infrastructure. The campus is being built to support high-density, high-availability operations, with significant coordination around power delivery, redundancy, and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage civil and structural scope across a multi-phase data center campus.
- Oversee site development activities
, including grading, utilities, drainage, and roadways. - Coordinate structural construction
, including foundations, concrete, and building shells. - Partner with General Contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Lead coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and quality requirements.
- Support preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
- 5–10+ years of construction or project management experience.
- Proven experience managing civil and/or structural scope on large-scale projects.
- Experience working directly with General Contractors (REQUIRED).
- Strong background in ground-up construction and site development.
- Solid understanding of:
- Civil infrastructure (grading, utilities, drainage)
- Structural systems (foundations, concrete, steel)
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and trades.
- Experience with data center or mission-critical projects.
- Background in large-scale industrial or infrastructure developments.
- Experience supporting multi-phase campus-style developments.
- Familiarity with Southwest / New Mexico construction environment.
- PE, PMP, or CCM certification.
- Work on one of the largest hyperscale / AI data center campuses in the U.S.
- Exposure to large-scale civil and infrastructure development.

Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentThis position operates primarily in an active data center construction environment, encompassing both indoor and outdoor work settings. The role requires the physical ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively in a dynamic environment that includes ongoing construction activity and evolving site conditions.
