CEC Companies is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to join our growing team. You will develop detailed conceptual cost estimates from schematic docs, prepare bid packages, and lead cost updates as designs evolve.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial estimation, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to negotiate with trade partners. You’ll help drive value engineering and RFP responses for diverse projects on negotiated commercial scopes.
