Volunteer Videographer or Media Producer to Produce Short-form and Social Media Clip

This is an opportunity to work with an Ashoka Staff. This is an unpaid, volunteer opportunity.

Founded in 1980, Ashoka pioneered the field of social entrepreneurship. We are now the largest association of leading social entrepreneurs in the world, a network of 4000 Ashoka Fellows in 93 countries at work creating systemic change on the most pressing social and environmental issues of our time. We find, support and collaborate with our Fellows to help scale their solutions across nations and continents and work with a wide range of partners to create an "Everyone a Change maker" world, one in which we all can find and develop our power to contribute to meaningful change for the good of all.

Ashoka works alongside extraordinary individuals who have dedicated their lives to solving some of the world's most complex challenges. Social entrepreneurs, philanthropists, business leaders, investors, educators, artists, and community builders often share a common characteristic: they see possibilities where others see obstacles.

Architects Of Possibility is a Conversation Series designed to capture the stories, ideas, and experiences of people who are building a better future. The inaugural interviews will take place Tuesday, June 16th, during the Social Venture Network (SVN) Annual Gathering in Santa Fe, where leaders from across business, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and social innovation will come together to explore what it means to create positive change in today’s world.

These conversations will be thoughtful, authentic, and personal. Rather than focusing on resumes and accomplishments, we will explore questions such as:

• What experiences shaped your commitment to change?
• What gives you hope right now?
• What lessons have you learned from failure, uncertainty, or adversity?
• What does courageous leadership look like today?
• What possibilities do you see that others may be missing?

The goal is to create a collection of stories and insights that inspire action, deepen understanding, and help people imagine new ways forward.

We are looking for a creative and collaborative videographer who can help bring these conversations to life. Responsibilities may include:

• Setting up and managing audio and video equipment
• Recording interviews and conversations
• Assisting with lighting and sound
• Capturing behind-the-scenes footage and event highlights
• Helping identify compelling guests and stories
• Supporting the creation of short clips for Linked In and social media
• Providing general production and creative support throughout the event

Depending on experience and interest, the volunteer may also assist with editing and post‑production.
