Client Relations Specialist FRONT DESK and PHONES

veterinary hospital assistant

act as the face of our veterinary hospital by interacting with clients, answering phone calls/texts, and providing exceptional customer service.

perform administrative tasks, appointment scheduling and record keeping in accordance to hospital policies.

process client payments and manage client flow.

make sure clients are helped timely.

use critical thinking to determine what service the client needs, and accurately complete corresponding forms.

work independently, efficiently, and complete a variety of admin job assignments.

a professional, compassionate and courteous demeanor.

demonstrate success in a fast-paced environment by showing meticulous follow-through, organization, and strong attention to details.

ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and problem solve alone or in a team environment.

excellent client and interpersonal communication skills, outstanding phone etiquette and desire to deliver exceptional care.

Our full-time position is three days per week 7:30 am-7:30 pm with four days off each week.
