Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Carrizozo, New Mexico.
POSITION OVERVIEW- General Dentistry role within mission-driven healthcare system serving underserved communities
- Four-day work week designed to support provider balance and lifestyle flexibility
- Established outpatient dental practice supported by hygienists, dental techs, and Dental Director
- Opportunity to practice broad-scope dentistry in collaborative rural healthcare environment
- Scenic high desert location near the Sacramento Mountains with access to hiking, skiing, horseback riding, and outdoor recreation
- Base Salary: $200,000 – $230,000 based on experience
- Eligible for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Student loan repayment through NHSC-approved site
- Relocation assistance available
- Tuesday through Friday schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts weekly
- No weekends required
- Minimal or no on-call responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services primarily for adult patients
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and dental conditions
- Perform cleanings, extractions, crowns, root canals, and general procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records within EMR system
- Collaborate with local medical center for surgical and complex dental cases
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
- Foster team-oriented and patient-centered care environment
- Mission-driven healthcare system with over 115 years of service

- Collaborative team including hygienists, dental techs, and Dental Director
- Strong support staff and structured workflows

- Comfortable practicing broad-scope general dentistry REQUIRED
