We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about serving the community in a high-quality Denti-Cal based private practice. This office also accepts PPO and private insurance, creating a balanced and steady patient flow.
The ideal candidate is a true team player with strong clinical knowledge, excellent work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced back-office environment.
Clinical Responsibilities- Four-handed dentistry
- Fabrication of temporary crowns
- Operatory setup and breakdown
- Infection control and OSHA compliance
- Experience assisting with root cat therapy
- Screw-retained fixed dentures
This is a stable, team-oriented, and detail-driven environment. The practice values accountability, professionalism, and consistency in patient care.
