Responsibilities- Coordinating with the design and engineering team from concept development to construction documentation
- Checking for compliance to design intent
- Assist in responding to various planning and design queries and clarifications
- Review and evaluate design against applicable codes and standards
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
- Preferably a licensed Architect
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in Architecture/Design working experience in the related field
- Experience in handover / turnover of residential units or building administration role gained from reputable real estate company is an advantage
