This locum tenens position offers a predictable schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) with no call, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Deliver Personalized Care in a Value-Based Setting:
Focus on Quality Outcomes:
Provide comprehensive care to a pediatric (infant and up) and adult patient population within a value-based care model that emphasizes preventative measures and positive clinical outcomes. Manageable Patient Load:
Enjoy low patient volume with dedicated 30-minute appointment slots, allowing for in-depth patient interaction and personalized care. Streamlined Workflow and Efficient Operations:
Predictable
Schedule:
Maintain a consistent schedule with no late clinics, after-hours charting, or call requirements, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Dedicated Support Staff:
Benefit from the support of experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and physician leadership, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Advanced Technology:
Utilize the familiar eClinical
Works and Elation electronic medical record systems for efficient documentation and communication. Quick Credentialing:
Benefit from a streamlined credentialing process with a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. Qualifications and Requirements:
New Mexico Licensure:
Maintain a current New Mexico medical license and a DEA registration. Board Certification:
Be board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
Experience and Skills:
