Practice Info
- Opportunities are available in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, Belen, Santa Fe, Clovis, Española, Ruidoso, Socorro, and Tucumcari
- System-wide EPIC EMR and MyChart patient portal
- Established referral network
- Collaborative physician-led culture
- Work alongside a fully integrated care team that may include clinical pharmacists, behavioral health clinicians, care managers, case managers, registered nurses, and medical assistants
- New Mexico's largest private employer and healthcare system with 9 hospitals statewide
Compensation
- Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000 a year
- 3-Year Guaranteed Base Salary with production upside
- Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance

- New Mexico Health Professional Loan Repayment Program eligible for $75,000 per year up to $300,000

Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Flexible scheduling options
- Four-day work week available at select locations
- 4-6 hours of protected administrative time weekly
- Telephone-only call where applicable
- No inpatient responsibilities at most locations
- Average patient volumes of 16-20 patients per day
