Your responsibilities will involve working closely with a single student, ensuring seamless communication throughout the school day and assisting with both educational activities and social interactions. You'll collaborate with teaching staff, participate in IEP meetings as needed, and help foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with demonstrated interpreting experience
• Registration or certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (state or national preferred)
• Prior experience in a school or educational environment, especially with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and respond to the unique needs of a Pre-K student

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 sign language interpretation for a Pre-K 4 student
• Support learning activities both in and out of the classroom
