This full-time school-based contract role offers the opportunity to provide essential social work services and behavioral support to students throughout the academic year. You will be based onsite at two school locations, helping to shape a compassionate learning climate.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date:

• End Date:
  May 27, 2027
• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week across 4 days (onsite only)
• Work with an approximate caseload of 25 students (with potential fluctuations)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct social work and behavioral support services to students
• Champion and nurture student social-emotional and behavioral growth
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate case documentation and ensure compliance
• Work side-by-side with school staff, families, and external partners to facilitate student success

What We're Seeking:

• Valid New Mexico School Social Worker license (required)
• Prior experience in a school-based role (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic school setting
