Lead Educator - Mayfield Early Education Brose Street, White Rock

Overview

Lead Educator (Diploma qualified) to join our team at Mayfield Early Education, Brose Street, White Rock. Working up to 37.5 hours per week.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters holistic growth, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators, inspiring them to deliver exceptional care and education every day.
• Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and collaboration to support each child’s development.
• Introduce creative teaching methodologies, keeping learning fresh, engaging, and aligned with best practice.
• Be a strong advocate for children, ensuring their needs and interests guide every decision and activity.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification)
• Valid WWCC
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
• A genuine passion for the early childhood sector and helping children flourish
• Availability 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
