Overview
Lead Educator (Diploma qualified) to join our team at Mayfield Early Education, Brose Street, White Rock. Working up to 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters holistic growth, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, inspiring them to deliver exceptional care and education every day.
- Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and collaboration to support each child’s development.
- Introduce creative teaching methodologies, keeping learning fresh, engaging, and aligned with best practice.
- Be a strong advocate for children, ensuring their needs and interests guide every decision and activity.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification)
- Valid WWCC
- Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- A genuine passion for the early childhood sector and helping children flourish
- Availability 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
