Academic Curriculum Advisors (Business Disciplines)
The California Business Institute (CBI) is building a world-class portfolio of business education programs, and we're looking for experienced Academic Curriculum Advisors to help shape our curriculum.
This is not a teaching position. Instead, you'll work with our leadership team to review, evaluate, and strengthen course content, ensuring every program meets high standards of academic quality, practical relevance, and real-world business application.
We're seeking subject matter experts in areas such as:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Marketing
- Economics
- Business Law
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Human Resources
- Organizational Behavior
- International Business
- Reviewing and evaluating course materials
- Advising on curriculum design and learning pathways
- Recommending improvements to content, assessments, and learning outcomes
- Ensuring academic rigor and consistency across programs
- Keeping curriculum aligned with current business practices and industry trends
- Advanced academic credentials and/or significant industry experience in one or more business disciplines
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, academic program review, or higher education
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- A passion for making business education practical, accessible, and impactful
