Now Hiring – Electricians, Solar Leads & Solar Laborers
We are a growing commercial solar construction company seeking experienced Electricians, Solar Crew Leads, and Solar Laborers for a large-scale solar deployment project scheduled to begin Monday, June 22nd. This project is expected to run for up to 10 weeks, with the potential for continued work on future projects.
Install, terminate, and test commercial solar electrical systems
Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and project requirements
Solar experience preferred
Lead installation crews in the field
Coordinate daily activities and maintain production schedules
Ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards are met
Previous commercial solar leadership experience required
Assist with racking, module installation, material handling, and site preparation
Follow all safety procedures and project requirements
Solar construction experience is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
OSHA certifications preferred
Solar experience preferred for all positions

Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications $20 to $45 an hour (position & licensing)
