Responsibilities
- What We Expect From You:
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards (Zero Harm)
- Responsibility for product and process safety as well as quality standards (Zero Defects, Right First Time)
- Application and approval of manufacturing process controls (MEA/PCA, if applicable)
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring projects (time, cost, resources)
- Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and digital systems
- Identification and implementation of best practices in manufacturing
- Analysis and use of process data to improve performance and capabilities
- Close cooperation with internal teams, experts, suppliers, and partners
- Knowledge sharing, coaching, and technical support for colleagues
Qualifications
- What We Are Looking For:
- Completed engineering degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., HND / state-recognized)
- Recognized engineering qualification (e.g., IEng, CEng or internationally comparable)
- Good knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes
- Basic understanding of manufacturing systems and supporting software
- Experience in manufacturing engineering processes
- High quality, safety, and problem-solving competencies
