Responsibilities
- What We Expect From You:

• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards (Zero Harm)
• Responsibility for product and process safety as well as quality standards (Zero Defects, Right First Time)
• Application and approval of manufacturing process controls (MEA/PCA, if applicable)
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring projects (time, cost, resources)
• Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and digital systems
• Identification and implementation of best practices in manufacturing
• Analysis and use of process data to improve performance and capabilities
• Close cooperation with internal teams, experts, suppliers, and partners
• Knowledge sharing, coaching, and technical support for colleagues

Qualifications
- What We Are Looking For:

• Completed engineering degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., HND / state-recognized)
• Recognized engineering qualification (e.g., IEng, CEng or internationally comparable)
• Good knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes
• Basic understanding of manufacturing systems and supporting software
• Experience in manufacturing engineering processes
• High quality, safety, and problem-solving competencies
