Project Manager For International Customer Projects

As a project manager for the handling of international customer projects for decentralized energy systems (nuclear application - nuclear power plants), you will lead the project team and be responsible for the quality, deadlines, and costs of the projects entrusted to you.

Your responsibilities include project planning and control, as well as internal and external reporting, risk and change management.

You are the face to the customer in relation to all relevant project topics and are responsible for coordinating with the client, the executing companies, and the involved company departments.

In the implementation of project-specific customer requirements, you support the system design and execution (procurement, production, acceptance, logistics, assembly, and commissioning) and coordinate the relevant departments.

In technical leadership, you coordinate the commissioning of the scope of delivery together with the service and the executing companies.

You support the sales organization in the preparation of tender documents as well as in the offer and calculation creation and participate in customer negotiations.

Qualifications include a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification with professional experience. Very good knowledge of energy generation systems or comparable applications in plant construction, power plant construction, nuclear technology, or NPP is required.

You should have a confident command of MS-Office, SAP, C4S, SharePoint, Windchill. Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking are required, with other foreign languages being advantageous.

You should have a conceptual, customer-oriented basic attitude and a confident appearance as well as negotiation skills.

You should have a structured, independent, and motivated working style.

Team skills and intercultural competence are required.

Flexibility, stress resistance, and willingness to travel are required.
