Job Description- Support in the collection, analysis, and documentation of process data.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, scrap reduction, time optimization).
- Prepare reports, graphs, and technical presentations to support decision-making.
- Support the implementation of new procedures, work instructions, and process controls.
- Active student of Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, functions).
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Proactive attitude, oriented to learning and problem-solving.
